Join us this June for the very first edition of our Pizza Napoletana Workshop — the ultimate afterwork experience in collaboration with @franzpizzalux. This fun, relaxed session is your chance to unwind while learning the art of authentic Neapolitan pizza-making, from dough to delicious bite.
Led by Francesco, a true Neapolitan Pizzaiolo and co-founder of the award-winning Cloud Factory restaurants, this workshop brings authentic Italian expertise to your plate. His passion project, FranzPizzaLux, earned the Kachen Blog Award in 2022, while his pizzerias were crowned Best Pizza in Luxembourg (2023) and ranked 36th in Europe by 50 Top Pizza. With years of experience and a love for the craft, Francesco will guide you through every step of the pizza-making journey.
