TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction:
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of The Social Club SARLs website ("the Website") and the purchase of tickets for art events and private events ("the Events") organized by The Social Club SARLs ("the Company").

2. Ticket Sales:

Tickets purchased through the Website are non-refundable.

Deposits for private events are non-refundable.

All ticket sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
3. Age Requirement:

All attendees must be 18 years of age or older to attend events that serve alcohol.

Valid photo identification proving age must be presented upon entry to events serving alcohol.
4. Liability:

The Company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the Events.

Attendees participate in the Events at their own risk and discretion.
5. Event Modifications:

The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel Events at its discretion.

In the event of a cancellation, attendees will be notified, and refunds will be issued if applicable.

6. Ticket Refund & Rescheduling​
6.1 Non-Refundable Tickets
All tickets purchased for Events are non-refundable. Deposits for private events are also non-refundable.

6.2 Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another person free of charge. To transfer a ticket, the purchaser must provide the new attendee’s full name via email to contact@thesocialclub.lu prior to the Event.

6.3 Rescheduling
Rescheduling of tickets is permitted within the deadlines specified by booking size:

Bookings of 1–2 tickets: at least 48 hours before the Event

Bookings of 3–6 tickets: at least 5 days before the Event
-
Bookings of 7 or more tickets: at least 7 days before the Event

6.4 Illness of Participants
Each ticket is valid for one individual participant. If a participant is unable to attend due to illness, only that participant’s ticket may be rescheduled, provided the request is made within the applicable deadline. Other participants in the same booking are expected to attend as planned.

6.5 Rescheduling Multiple Tickets Due to Illness
Rescheduling of multiple tickets for the entire booking is only permitted if requested within the deadlines applicable to the booking size. Requests made after the deadlines cannot be rescheduled. In such cases, the ticket for the sick participant may still be transferred to another person.

6.6 Late Notifications and No-Shows
Illness reported after the applicable rescheduling deadline is treated as a no-show. Tickets for no-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

7. Participant-Created Items and Workshop Instructions
7.1 Responsibility for Created Items
Participants are responsible for the items they create during workshops. The Company does not accept liability for products that are not created according to the instructions provided during the workshop.
7.2 Workshop Instructions and Guidance
All technical workshops include physical instructions provided to participants. Participants are expected to read and familiarise themselves with these instructions before and during the workshop.
7.3 Workshop Hosts
Each workshop is led by a workshop host or artist, who provides an introduction, guidance, and assistance throughout the session. Participants are encouraged to listen carefully and follow the host’s instructions to ensure the successful execution of the craft or artwork.
7.4 Participant Engagement
Successful completion of the workshop depends on participants actively following instructions and guidance. The Company is not responsible for outcomes if participants fail to follow the provided instructions or guidance from the workshop host.

8. Damage to Property and Materials
Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to the venue, equipment, tools, or materials provided during the Event. The Company reserves the right to charge participants or the booking party for repair or replacement costs resulting from misuse or negligence.

9. Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for informing the Company of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities that may affect their participation. The Company is not responsible for adverse reactions or injuries resulting from materials used during the workshop. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the workshop host.

10. Photography and Media
The Company may take photographs and videos during Events for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending the Event, participants grant the Company permission to use such media unless they explicitly object in writing before the Event.

11. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures.
12. Participant Conduct
The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants who behave in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

13. Group Bookings and Corporate Responsibility
For corporate and group bookings, the booking party is responsible for the behavior and compliance of all participants and any damages caused during the Event.

14. Intellectual Property:
All content, including but not limited to logos, artwork, and event descriptions, on the Website is the property of The Social Club SARLs and may not be used without permission.

15. Privacy Policy:
The Company respects the privacy of its customers and complies with all applicable data protection laws.
Personal information collected during ticket purchases will only be used for event-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

16. Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and any disputes arising from them shall be resolved in the courts of Grand Duchy

17. Acceptance of Terms:
By purchasing tickets through the Website, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
It is the responsibility of the customer to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for any updates or changes.
