The venue can be rented on its own, without any additional services included. You are free to add food, drinks, activities, or decoration if desired.

BASE PACKAGE

(MONDAY–THURSDAY)

Whats included:

  • 2 hours of private venue hire

  • Flexible time slots throughout the day

  • Room setup and cleanup

  • Assistance with basic layout

      (tables, chairs, terrace setup)

Optional:

  • Extra hours: €50 per additional hour

  • Flexible extension available

WEEKENDS

(FRIDAY–SUNDAY)

Whats included:

  • 3 hours of private venue hire

  • Room setup and cleanup

  • Assistance with basic layout

      (tables, chairs, terrace setup)​​

  • Fixed time slots:

Saturday: 10:00–13:00 · 14:00–17:00 · 18:00–21:00

Sunday: 10:00–13:00 · 14:00–16:00 / 17:00

Slots can be adjusted by ±1 hour when possible.

Optional:

  • Extra hours: €70 per hour
    (Available for evening slots only)

MINI ART & CRAFT ACTIVITES

Add a fun and creative element to your celebration — something quick, hands-

on, and personal. These mini activities are perfect for social gatherings, allowing

guests to create something special in just 10–20 minutes per person.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

MINIMUM GROUP SIZE 

Weekdays: min. 14 people

Weekends: min. 18 people

During the summer months (July & August), exceptions to the minimum number of participants may be possible. Please contact us for availability.

RESERVATION & DEPOSIT

To officially reserve your date and time, a non refundable deposit is required upon booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total invoice at the end of your event.

DISCOUNTS

Discounts apply to the price per person based on the size of your group:

5% off for groups of 15–16 people

10% off for groups of 17–22 people

15% off for groups of 22+ people
